We operate homes that support independent living. Our north area home services women. If your client is alert oriented, is currently living in recover from drug and alcohol addiction, and can manage daily living activities, manage their funds, toilet themselves and properly maintain their personal hygiene, as well as manage their medication (if applicable) they are welcome into our home. Our south area location is due to open early 2027, and this will service the male re-entry population.
We offer housing for up to 24 months. If your client meets their financial responsibilities and adhere to all house rules and maintain their sobriety, and continue their plan to live independently, we will consider extending this time frame.
Our north area home can serve up to 6 women. Our south area home, that is due to open early 2027 can house up to 6 men.
We ask that clients be alert oriented, sober for at least 90 days, and can manage daily living needs, their finances, medications, can toilet themselves and live cooperatively in a shared space environment.
Are there any clients that are not a good fit for your home?
Yes, clients with unmanaged serious mental illness and/or unmanaged substance abuse disorders.
We do not accept clients that have a history of sexual assault offenses.
Once we receive the client's background information from the case manager or placement representative, we set up a meeting with the client to discuss the program's expectations to make sure our home is a good fit. During intake, clients review and sign the required documents and complete a drug test (if applicable).
Our priority is always the safety and well being of all residents. We are trained trauma informed facilitators. We will work with clients in deescalating the situation, and if need be, call local authorities to assist in the crisis.
We address conflicts promptly and respectfully, using de-escalation tehniques and clear communication. We work with the residents involved to mediate the situation, understand underlying issues and develop a plan to prevent future conflicts, while maintaining a supportive environment for everyone in the home.
No, staff is not available on site, the home will be peer managed. Operators are also availalbe to answer questions and assist when needed.

We offer shared and private rooms. Bathrooms are shared. The bathroom in the master room is only shared between the occupant(s) of that room.
Expectations are listed in our house Rules and Program Agreement documents and include but are not limited to, quiet hours (10pm - 7am) everyday; laundry scheduling, no usage of alcohol or drugs, agreement to random drug testing, and attend all house meetings, unless prior approval of non-attendance has been granted in advance. Residents must also follow individualized plans (where applicable), check in with case workers, including probation, parole, treatment, and social workers.
